Jacqueline came to us in August 2019 when she successfully applied for the receptionist job at Rectory Park, unfortunately that job was dissolved during the pandemic. Since then Jacqueline stayed on with her new role as Duty Manager of Customer Service and Health and Safety. She is very passionate about her role and would explain why she is so strict with the rules and you will often hear her reminding customers of this in the building
